Blue + Pine Creative, Inc., a full-service creative studio, offering graphic, print and web design to non-profit organizations, and small businesses with an emphasis on women-owned businesses. We would love for you to work with us.

We are based in Hailey, ID serving clients locally and nationwide.

We are searching for a creative designer that has skills in graphic, print, and WordPress web design. The cornerstone of our studio is collaborative design. As such we reap the benefits of long-term client relationships. Our ideal teammate values a relational approach to design is a natural self-starter, and a life-long learner with an excellent work ethic. Required Professional Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • WordPress design experience with HTML, CSS, Guttenberg, and Genesis
  • Understanding of current design file standards and integrity 
  • Excellent communication skills as both a team player and client collaborator
  • Understanding file preparation for a variety of mediums in digital media and print
Sought After Skills

+ Knowledge of Adobe XD and Premier
+ Ability to create short videos and GIFs
+ Creative Writing Skills
+ WordPress Development skills or experience
+ SEO, basic skills and understanding in relation to WordPress and Google
+ Social Media, content creation, management, and general understanding
+ Familiarity with the following online platforms:

  • Dropbox
  • Honeybook
  • Google Docs
  • Flywheel
  • MailChimp
  • Google: Analytics, GSuite, MyBusiness

Experience

At minimum:

Bachelor’s Degree
2 years experience in Graphic Design
1 year experience in WordPress

Compensation
  • $17/hr+ DOE
  • Paid Vacation 
  • Sick Time
