The Challenge

Heather McGregor, a bomb-ass interior designer, showed up at my office on a summer afternoon in 2019. She was clearly awesome but sadly, her website was not quite there. It had served its purpose of getting her business off the ground but she was ready for something that better represented the current Redeux Decor. She also wanted it to be easy to self-maintain, house all her future projects, and continue the blog she started on the old website.

Early in 2020, before we all got quarantined – when the new year was full of promise, Heather reached out to have us design a custom Canva template for her client welcome packet. We put together a gorgeous layout pulling aspects of her web design to create brand continuity.

The Outcome

The outcome was website every bit as beautiful as the designs Heather creates for her clients. She came to us with a visual identity and perfect portfolio shots of her work ready to roll. This made the development of the site as simple as creating content and design a layout that featured not only Heather’s work but her personality and services as well. Since that beautiful day in 2019, Heather has added several incredible projects, written dozens of blog posts, and have increased her traffic 10 fold. She is crushing it and we are so proud to be a small part of her success.

Her client welcome packet is still going strong. Whenever a new client signs on, they receive a customized version of this document ensuring work gets off on the right foot.
